No queues today which gave Dad the time to be able to speak to the staff to reassure them that Dylan will use his iPad to communicate with them. He is able to hear (one lady thought maybe he used the iPad as he was deaf) and that he certainly knows what he wants.
The lack of queue and the quicker interaction allowed Dylan to able to remain focused and more interactive with the staff without becoming too anxious.
The staff were lovely with Dylan and having Dads explanation seemed to ease their anxieties also with them giving Dylan a big wave and lovely smiley ‘Bye Dylan’ as he left.
